Men wake up to benefits of cosmetic surgery

Nulook cosmetic surgery for men

Surgeons belonging to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons carried out 22,041 operations last year, with more men than ever choosing to go under the knife.

British males are becoming increasingly interested in the benefits of cosmetic surgery, with many opting to undergo procedures that take years off their appearance.

City high-fliers whose high-paced jobs are taking their toll on their facial features are choosing to spend their bonuses on procedures such as eye bag removal, wrinkle fillers and hair implantation and, according to a report on thisislondon.co.uk, a new private clinic opening in Canary Wharf will make it easier for them to access treatment.

"There is a pressure on jobs and the general appearance in the City," explained Harley chairman Mel Braham.

"The ravages of life catch up - people work late, travel long distances and entertain clients. It shows on the face," he told the website.

New treatments are constantly being developed, including a facial de-wrinkler consisting of healthy living cells and a series of injections designed to help men regain their hair.
