Health insurer HSA is launching an individual dental plan in September. HSA Dental Plan will have three levels of cover. You can go to any dentist. There are no inner financial limits for specific treatments.
Cover will include 100% cover for dental maintenance, which includes check ups, hygienists fees and X rays.
It will pay for 75 % of dental treatment, such as filings, extractions, crowns and bridges.
Cover will also include world-wide dental accident, emergency treatment, and cash if oral cancer is diagnosed.
Cover will exclude dental surgery in hospitals, and all cosmetic / orthodontic dentistry.
HSA is also launching an as yet unnamed health cash plan, which has no dental benefits.
