Free Extra Care service for all critical illness policies

A new free RED ARC service called Extra Care is added to all critical illness and life with critical illness policies from 1st September.

 

Liverpool Victoria is the only insurer to offer this service to both new and existing individual Critical Illness customers.

 

Extra Care is an insurance-triggered benefit, which is provided by RED ARC Assured Limited, an independent care advisory service. When a critical illness claim is paid, Liverpool Victoria will offer the claimant and their family their own personal nurse adviser who can give independent advice on how to plan for and handle the diagnosis of a serious health condition or long-term disability.  The service is free for all policyholders.

 

Liverpool Victoria have also re-priced their Critical Illness offering, with most rates being reduced.
