Simplyhealth Groupama merger will take a bit longer
The acquisition of Groupama Healthcare by Simplyhealth is unlikely to be completed this year due to legal delays.
Both insurers are accepting new business on private medical insurance.
New products for both sets of customers will be identical and it is likely that the Groupama Healthcare name will simply disappear.
