International expatriate insurance specialist William Russell has launched a promotion offering one year’s free global travel insurance to new members taking out an individual GlobalHealth Elite international private medical insurance plan for the first time in November 2008.
William Russell’s Global Travel Plan provides expats with cover for baggage, personal effects and other travel insurance benefits during trips of up to 120 days outside their country of residence in addition to the medical expenses and evacuation cover provided by the GlobalHealth Elite plan.
GlobalHealth Elite international PMI plans offer expatriates choice and flexibility and the freedom to choose where they have their medical treatment. This ranges from the Elite Bronze plan which provides comprehensive in-patient protection together with emergency evacuation cover, to the Elite Platinum plan which provides the widest international cover possible with high-value benefit for out-patient treatment, chronic conditions, maternity care, routine and complex dental treatment and regular preventive health screening.
James Cooper, Sales Director, William Russell Limited says: “Our November travel insurance promotion enables expats to experience our annual global travel insurance free of charge for their first twelve months of membership. Travel insurance is the perfect addition to our GlobalHealth Elite plan as it provides complete protection to expats when they are travelling away from their country of residence and pre-booked trips within their country of residence. “All expats joining or GlobalHealth Elite plan as new members in November 2008 will benefit from twelve month’s free travel insurance cover. After their free year members can continue to benefit from our Global Travel Plan at a very low cost because all the medical and evacuation insurance costs are already met by their health insurance plan.”
William Russell’s Global Travel Plan includes a very wide range of benefits including generous cover for baggage, personal liability and accident, travel cancellation and disruption as well as legal expenses. Winter sports cover is also included without any additional premium.
