Lutine enters Pension Term Assurance market

Lutine Assurance Services has launched two new Long Term Pension Term Assurance contracts.
The two contracts are: -
  • Level Pension Term Assurance
  • Mortgage Decreasing Pension Term Assurance
Both cover from 10 years to 25 years.  Lutine Assurance is probably best known for its flexible approach to unusual, technically complex or high sum assured cases.
There is a maximum sum assured of £300,000 any one life and a maximum age at entry of 50, to keep medical evidence and financial requirements to a minimum.
Managing Director of Lutine, Jon Clarke comments: - "These are competitive products for consumers with our keen pricing and the tax relief on premiums."
Minimum term is 10 years and maximum term is 25 years.
No minimum sum insured. Maximum is £300,000.
Minimum age is 18 and maximum age is 50
Minimum premium is £5.00 per month.
There is no annual or single premium option.
Open to males and females and smokers and non-smokers.
As this is a Pension Term Assurance product there are no additional Benefits that can be added. Terminal Illness cover is automatically included.
Basis is a level term contract or a Mortgage Decreasing Term Contract based on a maximum interest rate of 12% per annum.
