International health insurance provider Expacare has launched a new product Valuecare, for individuals.
It is a plan covering main in-patient and out-patient costs', with overall limited benefits at a lower cost.
Expacare has also developed, with selected local partners, specialist policies including ones for UK expatriates working or living in Africa, Indonesia and United Arab Emirates.
