Legal & General introduces premium reductions for cancer exclusions

legal and general logo

Legal & General will now reduce premiums for people applying for a critical illness policy where cover for cancer has been excluded.

Russ Whitworth says, “ We are always looking to update and improve our critical illness cover proposition and we felt that there was scope to cut premiums for people who are excluded from cover for cancer. It is a fairer system, which we anticipate will save people quite a bit of money, as well as providing peace of mind that they are covered for 34 other conditions, such as heart attack and stroke."
