Foresters UK Group has agreed to sell Forester Health to BHSF Group.
Jeremy Drake, Foresters Marketing Manager, says “We have decided that the Group would be better served by concentrating on the core business, Forester Life, which has had many significant successes over the past few years and which is planned to grow even further in the future.”
An agreement has been reached, under which BHSF will acquire Foresters health cash plan and physiotherapy business with effect from 2 January 2008 (subject to regulatory approval).
