Exeter Friendly Society, the private medical insurer, has signed an exclusive UK affiliation partnership with CareBridges International, an alliance of international insurers that aims to share services and local expertise with other members.
The arrangement will enable Exeter to ensure that its expatriate customers get access to the most appropriate type of treatment.
CareBridges enables member insurers to access each other's capabilities in their specific country of expertise. Members get help in the providing and dealing of claims, while the alliance also aims to organise opportunities to develop direct business exchanges between insurers.
