New Fertile Thinking workshop from The London Women's Clinic

London Women's Clinic

Saturday 23 June 9:30am – 4pm

A one day programme to assist practically and emotionally as you try to conceive... and beyond.

The London Women's Clinic is delighted to announce that they have further increased their range of support services to patients by creating a one day workshop with a mind-body approach integrating both Cognitive Behavioural and Coaching techniques.

Fertility Counsellor, Tracey Sainsbury, worked with Coach and Author Anya Sizer to bring to life a range of coaching activities included in the Fertile Thinking book, written by Anya with Cat Dean.  Tracey says “We wanted to introduce a workshop that enabled people to recognise different ways to acknowledge and manage the stress associated with fertility treatment.”

Anya went on to say “I am delighted that my book is being put to additional use, there are other longer programmes that require a greater commitment from patients, both in terms of cost and time, which can benefit, but also cause additional pressure at a difficult time.” All participants will receive a copy of Fertile Thinking.

The one day workshop costs £150 which is fully refundable against fertility treatment at the London Women’s Clinic, this includes the uptake of counselling or coaching if participants decide not to continue on their pathway to parenthood via assisted conception.

The first Fertile Thinking workshop will take place on Saturday 23 June and will be held at the London Women’s Clinic, 113-115 Harley Street, London W1G 6AP and is open to LWC patients.
