Westfield Health supports sheltered housing project
A Sheffield retirement village offering sheltered housing for elderly people has received a funding boost as Westfield Health has donated £3,000 to Brunswick Gardens, a housing scheme operated by the ExtraCare Charitable Trust.
The village, located in the Woodhouse area of Sheffield, offers safe and secure housing and nursing care for more than 270 elderly people, some with dementia. Residents have access to communal, recreational and healthcare facilities and a programme of activities to encourage residents to stay fit and active.
