Royal Liver's members have voted in favour of the sale to Royal London Royal Liver will now make an application to the Financial Services Authority to attain regulatory approval for the transfer.
Subject to the regulatory approval being granted, Royal Liver will transfer all its assets and liabilities to Royal London on 1 July 2011.
