National Friendly plans to launch a new cashplan for businesses insuring 25 or more people.
The One Fund, available from July, will give employees more choice about how much they spend on the benefits they are able to make claims for with a total refund pot of cash rather than limits for each treatment. Optical and health screening will still have annual limits.
