Health Shield is one of the 100 best not-for-profit
organisations to work for, ranked at number 51 by the Sunday Times.
The survey identifies best practice and ranks companies
on eight key performance indicators. These include: staff engagement, including
leadership, personal growth and how happy the workforce is with their pay and
benefits.
Jonathan Burton at Health Shield says, "We are
absolutely thrilled to be on this list for the very first time. This reaffirms
our commitment to building a successful organisation through high levels of
employee engagement that translate into excellent customer service and
satisfaction."
Burton adds: "Our mission of being
trustworthy, caring and working with integrity, resonates with each and every
employee - our greatest asset. Their desire to continually improve service
levels across the business is fundamental to our future success, as we strive
to help as many people as possible to remain fit and healthy."
