Ageas UK acquires Castle Cover
Ageas UK has bought Castle Cover Limited. Castle Cover will continue to operate under its brand name and will become a subsidiary company of Ageas UK, Castle Cover is an over 50s insurance specialist based in Poole, Dorset and founded in 2006.
Barry Smith of Ageas UK says, "The acquisition of Castle Cover gives Ageas an even stronger over 50s market presence, adding an established brand."
