HSA’s Dental plan is already proving a success with over 13,000 policies sold since its launch in October 2006.
And with recent media reports surrounding the numbers of dentists choosing to practise privately, HSA predicts these figures will increase significantly.
John Dean, Sales and Distribution Director at HSA, says: “HSA is delighted that it can now offer a dental only plan, especially in light of the significant reforms to NHS dentistry. As more dentists are now practising privately, many patients are seeking alternative ways to fund their dental care. HSA understands that regular visits to the dentist are vital to maintain good oral health, which is why its Dental Plan offers money back towards NHS or private dental maintenance and treatment.”
HSA’s Dental Plan offers cash back on NHS or private treatment and maintenance, dental accidents and emergencies and offers a lump sum if you are diagnosed with mouth cancer. Children under the age of 18 can join the plan from as little as £1 per month.
