A survey for Cigna says that almost a third of employees who
are not offered dental benefits would be keen on their employer providing
access to a dental plan.
Despite the clear demand for dental cover through work,
fewer than 1 in 5 workers are offered dental cover through their employer.
The survey says that dental benefits are a major incentive
for employees, as they provide better value for money and affordable dental
treatment.
