People have a battery life of two months according to new research, which suggests we need to take a break every sixty days in order to feel recharged and avoid feeling stressed.
The survey of 2,000 people conducted by Post Office Travel Insurance found that one in four feel the need to take a break from work or home every two months. A further one in five admitted that they feel ready for a break within just one month of returning from their last holiday. The majority typically take a couple of week-long holidays throughout the year combined with regular long weekends. Many work remotely while away on holiday as the British increasingly insist on taking mobile devices and laptops away with them.
Rachel Croft of Post Office Travel Insurance says, "Ensuring that you have suitable travel insurance cover before setting off on holiday will help save you time, and unnecessary stress, if something goes wrong."
