Bupa has been voted the most trusted provider of critical illness cover and best for customer service, by readers of Moneywise magazine.
The Moneywise Customer Service Awards are based on a survey of more than 10,000 consumers who nominate the companies they trust the most and which offer the best service.
Steve Casey of Bupa says, "Our aim is to make our products as accessible and effective as possible for customers.”
