Bupa International is soon to launch a European Health Plan for individuals and companies resident in 10 countries across Europe.
Eastern Europe is developing rapidly and becoming more prosperous, but it is a largely untapped market for health insurance. European Health Plan is aimed at the healthcare needs of any individual or company resident in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
It is a flexible product allowing free choice of recognised hospitals and clinics across Europe. It can be taken out with or without a deductible and enhanced with dental and optical cover. Worldwide emergency travel cover is also included. Benefit limits have been set to cover regional healthcare costs and coverage is limited to Europe in order to keep medical and subscription costs down. Treatment can be sought in any European country.
