CPMA must genuinely protect consumers, says Which?

Peter Vicary-Smith of Which? says, “In order to genuinely protect the interests of consumers, the Consumer Protection and Markets Authority (CPMA) must first be given the tools it needs to do its job properly. The board must include real and effective consumer representation and the current constraints on disclosure and naming and shaming must be revised to ensure that people are forewarned about which firms flout regulations.”
