Bright Grey has won the title of Employer of the Year at this year's National Business Awards for Scotland.
The awards, held in Glasgow, celebrate the success of innovative, ethical and resilient businesses. Bright Grey beat off competition from a strong cast of nine finalists to win the sought-after award, awarded to the organisation that can best demonstrate how it has applied its human and supporting resources to achieve commercial success.
