Simplyhealth Group has agreed to purchase Denplan
from of AXA. Denplan is the leading dental plan provider, with over 1.8 million
customers. This acquisition will help Simplyhealth to support its
diversification strategy.
Des Benjamin of Simplyhealth comments: " Our
