Wiltshire Friendly has set up a tele-interviewing service for its income protection business. The service, run by Medicals Direct, aims to make its medical evidence gathering faster and more accurate.
John Sanders of Wiltshire Friendly says, "As we move into new markets with our income protection plans, we know that we will have to provide an excellent service."
