Denplan has launched a new patient section MyDenplan on its web site. It allows potential customers access to all the latest information about its products and services at the click of a button. The new site is more intuitive, simpler to read and with a cleaner more modern feel.
One of the new elements to the site is the ‘Members area’. This part of the site allows existing Denplan customers to login to a secure area with their own personal ID and update their contact details, for example change of address or phone numbers.
Other new features of the site include:
- Insurance and Claims – with information on the claims process, claim forms, how to’s, policy documents and questions page
- Q&A – incorporating useful information and frequently asked questions, including information on what to do if you are moving house
- Member Offers – includes a downloadable version of the Smileguide, links to the special offers and competitions
- Product Information – allows you to download and print out copies of Denplan’s brochures, policy documents etc.
- Links to other useful sites – such as British Dental Health Foundation, Mouth Cancer Foundation, Dentaid and Quit
Also improved are the very popular ‘Find-a-dentist’ page and product sections.
Looking to the future there are plans to introduce information on average fees for patients based on your home area from Denplan research into fees of local dentists, and the introduction of additional self-service functions.
