UnumProvident has updated its individual critical illness product, Elixia 123, to be in line with the Association of British Insurers’ revised Statement of Best Practice.
The ABI guidelines – which member companies must adhere to by April 2007 - sets down minimum standards for the medical definition for each of the CI events that they cover.
