From 1st January 2007 the individual Direct Healthcare and business cover Cashback health cash plans are being improved.
Details will be first sent to existing members during December 2006.
The aim of the revisions is to ensure members continue to receive the benefits they want, coupled with high levels of customer care.
There will be several additional complementary therapies covered. The revised terms and conditions will take effect from 1st January 2007.
Company sponsored tailored scheme members and flexible benefits scheme members have their own unique Membership Plans and terms and conditions which should be read before making a claim.
