has joined hands with the leading UK breast implant manufacturer to assist women
given PIP breast implants.
Right Choice Healthcare and Nagor
have formulated an ethical response to help such women by offering free
replacement of ruptured implants and discounted procedure fees. In association
with the surgeons and hospitals on its panel, Right Choice Healthcare is also
offering discounted fees for the procedure even when the implants are not
ruptured.
This move comes at a time when
those responsible for providing sub-standard, cheap implants have found another
opportunity to profiteer in putting right the problem of their own making. With
the NHS going part way to offer removal of ruptured implants, those women who
want them replaced or removed if they are not ruptured, were having to pay once
more.
This initiative means that women who have both ruptured
implants may now have replacement surgery for as little as £2,445 and only
