According to Health Shield’s latest customer care
survey, 99 % of customers are satisfied with the level of service. Jonathan
Burton of Health Shield says, “We continue to value all feedback on both products
and our levels of service. It is absolutely vital that we listen to the
comments we receive."
Health Shield has decided to keep the price of
Essentials at the 2011 level.
