Simplyhealth's latest advert launched on 8 February 2011. The advert uses an example of a real life customer experience and focuses on the company's commitment to providing a personal service. Showing on prime and daytime TV channels ITV1, Channel 4, Five and Sky, the new 30 second ad brings its brand alive through vibrant, colourful animation that follows one of its customers through his journey towards recovery.
Clare Lee of Simplyhealth comments: "Our new advert focuses on providing more information about the products and services we offer, and what we believe makes us unique. We feel it is the personal service we offer our customers that sets us apart. Being bothered is at the heart of everything we do and we wanted to show viewers exactly how we can be bothered."
