Schoolteachers and Oddfellows to merge

Schoolteachers Friendly Society will merge with the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Manchester Unity Friendly Society (the Oddfellows).

It will become part of the Oddfellows Group with effect from 31st March 2011.

The society will continue to operate under the Schoolteachers brand and the business will continue to be managed from Liverpool.
