Research from Scottish Widows suggests that seven out of 10 British adults are struggling to devote enough time to their life priorities. The findings of the Priorities of Life Index confirm that individuals and families are feeling unable to balance their various commitments in life.
Overall, the nation's most neglected priority is still health. Just under half complain they are unable to take as much exercise as they feel they should, and nearly four in ten people are concerned about overlooking their health in general.
Iain McGowan at Scottish Widows says, "People are unable to give their health, wealth or home life as much priority as they would like."
