Following on from the launch of a wellbeing
programme for staff at work, Peterborough-based medical devices company
Coloplast is giving its employees a chance to improve their health and
wellbeing outside of work, with the introduction of a new flexible benefits
scheme.
The scheme will see employees benefiting from
discounted gym memberships, health screening, dental insurance and a range of
other benefits. The flexible nature of the scheme means that employees can
choose the benefits that are of the most importance to them.
Under the new scheme staff can adjust certain
benefits, such as increasing single private medical insurance to cover more
than one person.
Sam Sedwill of Coloplast explains: “When it comes
to a benefits package, we understand that one size does not fit all. Some
people value gym membership more highly than enhanced pension contributions and
vice versa. By enabling our employees to create their own bespoke package they
can adapt their benefits to suit their lifestyle and stage of life.”
