Axa has put its dental plan and insurance
business, Denplan, on the market.
Founded in 1986, Denplan has 1.8 million patients
and is the biggest dental insurance company.
The sale follows a strategic review across Axa.
Axa sold most of its life business to Resolution last year and Bluefin Advisory
Services is also for sale.
Axa will keep its healthcare insurer AXA PPP
healthcare.
