Spire Healthcare, the UK’s second largest private hospital group, has released new survey results that show its patient and consultant satisfaction rates are continuing to improve.
The independent survey found 90% of patients rate Spire Healthcare as 'excellent' or 'very good’ - an increase of three percentage points since 2009.
Consultants who practice at Spire hospitals are also pleased with the quality of service: 71% rated it 'excellent' or 'very good', an increase of five percentage points since 2009.
Rob Wise, CEO of Spire Healthcare, says the outstanding results reflect Spire's ongoing commitment to clinical quality and patient care.
