Simplyhealth is supporting those wanting to dance themselves to health by sponsoring GMTV's Dancing Queen Diet.

Each day former Strictly Come Dancing star Camilla Dallerup takes viewers through a series of dance moves, while nutritionist Amanda Ursell offers helpful diet tips and Doctor Hilary Jones offers medical advice.
