BMI Werndale Hospital has been awarded an overall satisfaction score of 100 per cent by its patients. The score was based on an independent survey of the hospital’s patients conducted market research firm Howard Warwick Associates Ltd during the period January 1st to December 31st 2010.
The survey measured patient satisfaction across a broad range of criteria including patients’ overall impression of admission, nursing, consultant care, imaging (X-ray) anaesthetists, theatre staff, accommodation and whether patients they were treated with respect and dignity.
Founded in 1990, Werndale Hospital employs 64 members of staff of staff and works with 85 of consultants. Its major specialties are Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Medicine, General and Colorectal Surgery, Gynaecology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Pain Management, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Weight Loss Surgery, Radiology including MRI and CT and Physiotherapy.
