The Youth Hostel Association has appointed Simplyhealth for employee healthcare benefits. 1000 staff will have access to a bespoke health cash plan which entitles them to claim back the cost of their everyday healthcare.
Following a competitive tender process with three other health cash plan providers, the Youth Hostel Association decided to opt for Simplyhealth, based on price and benefit levels. Employees can take advantage of 100% cash back on visits to the dentist, opticians and physiotherapist, plus the cost of health screening and consultation fees.
