Scottish Widows adds Best Doctors service

Scottish Widows has added Best Doctors, the expert medical second opinion service, to its life insurance policies.

The service is available to customers, their spouse/civil partner and their children, at no extra cost.

Customers do not need to make a claim in order to access the service, providing they are suffering from any condition of a chronic, critical or degenerative nature or one that substantially affects their quality of life and requires hospital investigations.
