Lisa McKay's addiction to Coke left her dangerously overweight.
By the age of 23 she weight 19 stone 4lb. Her health was a constant worry - breathless and unable to sleep, she could barely keep up with her little boys.
It was getting stuck in a kid's playground that made her decide to do something about it.
Lisa had a gastric band fitted in 2009 and has lost 9 stone and shed a whopping 10 dress sizes. She now weighs a slim 10 st 10 and is a size 12.
"I feel fantastic" she says. "I can run around after the boys, and I dont' get stuck anywhere! I'll never drink coke again. I'm just glad I gave it up before it was too late."
