Arran Aromatics staff clean up with Westfield Plan

A Scottish lotions and perfumes company is seeing the benefits of introducing a Westfield Health cash plan after it helped to prevent employee absence.

Arran Aromatics’ products, such as shampoos, soaps, bath oils, perfumes and scented candles, can be found in a network of stockists in more than 40 countries as well as in hotels worldwide.

The company, based on the Isle of Arran, has a vision ‘to make the best products we possibly can in order to enrich the lives of the people who use them’.

Now the company is ensuring that Westfield’s Chamber Primary Health Plan is enriching the lives of its own staff.

Lynn Walker, says: “I believe we may have had staff off work with back pain if they had not been able to access chiropractic treatment and have some of the costs reimbursed thanks to the Westfield plan. Thanks to other benefits like optical and dental, our staff has been able to gain access to a whole range of benefits and the uptake has been very good. Anyone who has made a claim has found Westfield’s service to be very quick in terms of getting their payments back. Any queries from staff have been handled in an incredibly easy way, which really is a credit to Westfield.”
