health assessment tool to all new life, critical illness, and income protection
policies.
The provider is roadtohealth, ands it enables you to assess,
monitor and improve your health online through providing answers to a range of
health and life style related questions.
This assessment generates a personal Q score that gives you
a guide to how you compare on health with 100 people of the same age, race and
gender. Healthy Living allows you to set realistic goals for improvements you
may want to make towards enjoying a healthy lifestyle. It also gives you the
option to subscribe to useful emails with personal online coaching, hints and
tips, plus regular online newsletters and articles on topical health subjects.
