National Friendly is ‘One to Watch’
Bristol based mutual, National Friendly is celebrating its recognition as ‘One to Watch’ in a best companies accreditation awarded to organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement. Accreditation is only granted after a rigorous Michelin-style star rating process is undertaken which uses staff feedback to determine what rating a company will achieve.
Richard Sear of National Friendly comments: “We are delighted by the accreditation as it shows that although there are areas we can improve on, we are certainly heading in the right direction. We are committed to becoming a best company to work for next year.”
