Friends Provident is to consolidate all life, income protection and critical illness into a single Friends Life brand for all new business with a new product range developed from a best of breed approach from all Friends Provident, AXA Life and Bupa Health.
The company will continue to manage its three existing individual brands and aims to consolidate the range under the Friends Life banner by the end of 2011.
