While many people enter middle-age wondering whether it is time to consider
impotence treatment, Coleen Nolan says her sex life is better than ever.
According to the Daily Mail, the 44-year-old Loose Woman host, who was in the famous all-girl singing group the Nolans, told Closer magazine that age has done wonders for her experience between the sheets.
Acquiring a new husband, who she married in 2007, and losing five stone in weight - she dropped from a size 20 to a size 12 - has seen her confidence boosted.
Nolan told the gossip magazine: "My sex life's improved as I've got older. I've dropped the hang-ups I had back in my 20s."
She recalls a time when appearing naked in front of a man made her feel extremely self-conscious but now she is happy with her body and in control.
The Nolans were made up of Coleen and her older sisters, and their most well-known hit song is I'm in the Mood for Dancing.
