International Patient Centre
The International Patient Centre at Acibadem Healthcare Group was set up to fulfil the healthcare requirements of foreign patients and introduce the healthcare group to the outside world. The ‘one-stop' service centre looks after orthopaedic surgery patients from the day of their enquiry until the time of their return home.
It is the initial point of contact for acquiring medical information, orientation and registration. Its rapidly growing team, comprised of physicians and specialists (speaking in all international languages; English, Arabic, Russian, Albanian etc), organises the “Healthcare Journey” of international patients according to their needs and expectations.
‘The Healthcare Journey' starts by arrangement of the first appointment with the doctor. From managing medical consultations and hospital admissions to travel and hotel arrangements, International Patient Centre staff are committed to making patients and their families feel comfortable during their stay.
