• Booking pre-operative consultation surgery and hospital room;

• Picking you up at Antwerp (the preferred option, with regular flights from London City Airport), Brussels Airport or Brussels South Eurostar station - or any other agreed place - on your arrival in Belgium;

• Escorting you to the hospital and assisting you through admission and installation in your room;

• Visiting you in the hospital on the day following the surgery or on call, when assistance is required;

• Escorting you back to the airport or train station, or any agreed place, at the end of your stay in Belgium;

• Following-up with you by email or by telephone in the following weeks;

• Providing you with a detailed invoice for reimbursement by your insurance company (or the NHS);

• Etc.
