The Hospital of Orthopaedics' modern operating rooms are equipped with the latest technology for inpatient or ambulatory surgery.  They use equipment from Styker Corporation and Olympus - both widely recognised and valued medical device companies whose equipment is used by all of the leading orthopaedic hospitals and clinics throughout the world. For total joint replacement component parts from Switzerland are used.

 

Patient rooms

The soothing surroundings of the patient rooms contribute to the hospital's overall goal: seeing the patient through to recovery while assuring the most satisfactory experience possible.

The rooms are:

 

  • Designed to have a cheerful, pleasing and homelike setting for patient care. Natural lighting from exterior windows is incorporated into the room design whenever possible.

  • Equipped with a functional bed, a small cabinet for personal belongings, a wardrobe, a chair, a wall-mounted television set and extra lighting over the bed.

  • Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, but are also compatible with state-of-the-art equipment to assure seamless patient care.
