Most private hospitals will offer you "fixed price surgery" or "fixed price care" - an operation at a pre-agreed or fixed price. It's really a case of locating which hospital you want to go to, finding out whether they can do your operation and then contacting them for a fixed price. You will still need to be referred to a Consultant by your GP before you can be treated at a private hospital. Your Consultant may be able to advise on the schemes which operate at the private hospitals where s/he works.
 
Remember that the choice of hospital (and therefore the price) is your decision. Don't be afraid to shop around!
